I've always wondered about these speed trap things. I think in some ways this is a moral issue. It would be like a website detailing the police routes and when they are in certain places, or when certain buildings security gaurds are gone. It just has a slimey feeling to me. Is there something legitimate here, because normaly help is not provided here for illegal or immoral projects. I'm not saying this is either, or that you shouldn't get help with it, mostly I'm just curious why you think this is a good project and what makes it okay?
