Its a bit sad really. But you can view the unnamed node anyway! The trick is to find it's node_id. (which is contained in the html source that your browser is displaying). Once you have the node_id just insert it into the appropriate place in the url. If you use Internet Explorer, then you can hit TAB until the author's name (or whatever appears right after the missing title) is highlighted. Then hit SHIFT-TAB and you won't see anything highlighted. Hit ENTER and you'll be at the untitled node.
I was quite disappointed that this didn't work in either Netscape nor Lynx. ):
