goto & is now more robust - bugs in deep recursion and chained goto & have been fixed.

What implications does this have for tail recursion? What bugs does this fix? It'd be nice if the delta had reference to the RT #'s ...

    Also will be nice if they update the http://dev.perl.org site, and show 5.8.6 and not 5.8.5 as last release, since 10 days have past from day 27 until now.
