The 'State' field is obligatory because I'm a dumb American, although I'm working to fix that (both the form and the dumb American). I haven't done a lot of international business, so I'm still learning a lot. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you'll give me the chance to make it better.

You can put whatever you like in the 'State' field, for now. I need the State (Province, whatever) for some countries or the US Postal Office complains (because they are dumb Americans too: Yes, New South Wales is not the same as Wales, and Great Britian is real place).
