The new year is starting today and we have to set goals and achieve them. Keeping track or going to right ways about goals is very important. Just came across a good website: 43Things.com. Here is about the site. There is also discussion about goals. One of my surprise was that, one of the top item on the list was "Learn Ruby"

This functinality is nice to integrate with Perlmonks.

Edit by tye: Moved to Perl News as it was getting moved between sections and considered as "OT" but isn't "OT" here

Interesting site, very original. But what is the "Perl News" catch? Is it running on Perl? I found some references to TextPattern as the CMS it is running and to Textile as its "language" (and there are of course several CPAN modules who deal with it.

As hinted at, it wasn't posted to Perl News. It was a PMD originally (as near as I can tell) presumably due to the last paragraph.

Rather than observe any further thrashing as to which section it should be in (more like why it shouldn't be in the section most recently moved to), I put it here.

It is news that may be of interest to Monks. It is also PerlMonks-related news in that artist would like it integrated with the site(?).
