Hi all, I am using the GD graphics library to generate tumbnails for a online gallay I am creating. The following code is used to open a jpeg image file:
open IN, "../../test3.jpg" or die "Could not open."; my $srcimage = GD::Image->newFromJpeg(*IN);
For unknown reasons, I can only open images of dimensions up to 1024 X 768. Anything larger than this fails. What am I doing wrong??

    I don't know exactly why you are hitting that limit, but I will say, that when I have had trouble with GD, it was because of a mismatch between the GD c-libs version and the perl GD module. If in doubt, get the latest versions of both.

    Maybe you could run the script through strace and see where it fails?
