What I'm missing here is why. That is, after you've converted the Perl IR to your own IR, then what? Will you execute it? Analyse it? Or what? Are you implementing your own virtual machine? Is this research work or a commercial product? If you tell us the motivation behind it, we can give better answers.	[reply]

It is purely a research work related to type inferencing in flow sensitive as well as polymorphic languages	[reply]
