I know it's a bit of a pain to learn the keys, but I think its worth it.

Activestate is also working for a MS Development Studio plug-in, which will let you go the whole windows hog.

And finally, a number of people here use Visual SlickEdit, which is very nice.

XEmacs is probably my favourite, although a little large. I've recently tried ActiveState's Komodo but it's very slow on my 500MHz Pentium. -- Kevin O'Rourke	[reply]

The syntax hilighting does not seem to work on an NT box, or am I just missing something? Roy Alan	[reply]
