Modules available for parsing with perl

integral has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

For various reasons I've been thinking about parsing, with Perl, quite a bit recently. I'm curious about what more unusual modules and methods are available for parsing with Perl. So far I have on my List:

perl-byacc, a version of Berkeley yacc that produces parsers in Perl. -- John.	[reply]

Add to that list hand-coded parsers. With Perl regular expressions, it is very easy (relative to most other languages) to implement a top-down, recursive descent parser on your own. -Mark	[reply]

There are of course a whole bunch dedicated to parsing particular things: HTML::Parser XML::Parser SQL::Parser ... C.	[reply]
