How can I install ISG::Win32::ActiveDirectory please? And does this module do what I need?

To install it you will need to download the zip file at http://isg.ee.ethz.ch/tools/isgtc/index.cgi?page=download_isgtc;platform=win32 and extract it. then copy ActiveDirectory.pm manually to perl/site/lib/ISG/Win32/ActiveDirectory.pm. It seems there is no installer
