Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi Monks, I need some help here, if someone has ever seeing a DB Viewer Interface in Perl that would allow me to choose what database to connect to and do sql calls from it?
I do calls into AS400 DB and MSSQL7 DB, I would like to have an interface or script using Perl that would allow me to choose the database to connect to and to run sql queries as well. Any idea about a free program or a script I can start using?
Thanks a lot!

Have you looked at dbish that comes with DBI::Shell?
