My fault. Though my error in logic was slightly different. When we use the digits 0-9, we're doing base 9+1=10. Here, we want to use the digits 32-126, except shifted down by 32, so we subtract 32 from both endpoints to get the range 0-94. Thus, we want to use base 94+1=95 arithmetic.
