Umm, the PM.org FAQ page has guidelines on how the logo may be used (doesn't name the typeface, unfortunately). Just scroll down to the section labelled "The Perl Mongers" logo.
Do not rebuke them with harsh words ... but rather lead them gently - with URLs - so that they may learn wisdom.
