In your pod section "COPYRIGHT", you discuss licensing, but not copyright. License and Copyright are two totally different things.

You should have both a LICENSE section and a COPYRIGHT section.

    I changed COPYRIGHT to LICENCE and AUTHORS to COPYRIGHT.

    Makeshifts last the longest.
