A friend of mine has some glowing green skeleton lights on his porch, and those are pretty cool, too.

In general, tho, I don't hate the lights so much as the stupid glowing santas and jesuses (hezeuses out here in this awful land of mexican-speaking folks) and other commercialmas¹ stuff. Ugh. Yesterday all that crap went up as decorations here at work.

I hate this time of year.

¹ Downvote away, I don't care - christians replaced the winter solstice with christmas so they could convert the heathens, and now capitalism has totally replaced christmas with commercials and a feeding frenzy of shopping. There is no christmas, only ZUUL! errr... commercialmas.

I'll drink to that. I'm not much for the xmas holiday, but I have to admit, I think the "Bubble Lights" are pretty cool. Of course, that's from a purely technical viewpoint. I like the blacklight idea though. Does somebody actually make those?	[reply]
