In my "home node", I can see a list of my writeups sorted by date and with the reputation of each one listed. I sometimes lack a number that specifies the amount of replies to each writeup.
Say that yesterday I made 10 writeups - some original and some as replies. I want, today, to know which ones got replies. This seldom happens with new posts, but one can reply a few dozen questions/discussions each day.
I figure it shouldn't be very hard to add, the replies are nested so it's trivial to know the amount of children a node has. What do you think ?
