There are many statistic modules and they don't necessarily have common interfaces or namespaces. AFAIK, Bundle::Math::Statistics is an attempt and grouping some together for ease of installation. With that said, a quick CPAN search of "least squares fitting" turned up Algorithm::CurveFit in addition to Statistics::LineFit pointed out by mlh2003.
