    what do you think is the problem?

    Try writing pseudocode before you write code.

      If txt is exactly the same(i made no changes to it and the submit button was hited), then add the appropriate counter to 1

      otherwise

      it txt has been changed by adding a new game insert into database the new row.

      if txt has new games added and changes have been made to gamenames or descriptions or both then all that changes should reflect to the database and the appropriate gamecounter should be increased.
        Ok, that's good, now break it up further, give it more structure (use newlines, indent)
        IF tst is exactly the same
            add counter
        ELSE
           IF new game added
        ....
