I think I'll like to be some organic, highly parallellized problem solving engine. With some sort of sensing devices and a very user-friendly in- and output mechanism, I guess something like voice & gesture. Capable of multitasking, good at co-operation, self-healing, and able to operate in all sorts of environments.
