Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi monks,

I use Mail::Sendmail module to send an email. Using this module if the To address or Cc address i have given the wrong adress(foreg.dum@dum.com). It sends an failure delivery mail to the From address regarding sending as been wrong.

I have to send an attachment so, i use a module MIME::Lite, there if any wrong To or Cc adress i have given. i am not geting failure delivery to my From address.

Can anybody having idea using MIME::Lite module if any To or Cc address failure has to receive to From address.

    Hi,

I think this might be down to the format of your e-mail addresses.

    See:

Good-vs-bad email addresses with send_by_smtp() in the Warnings section.
