A few hours later, I want to thank you :) Your post encouraged me to give another look at POE and now I'm enthralled - it's a fine piece of framework, and I can see how it makes life easier when in need of a multi-tasking program and / or network communicating program. I'll definitely play with it for some time to get a feel for what it's capable of.
