This sounds like you want to circumvent policies using technology. It would not be ethical for me to answer this question, and I'd hope other people also consider that before answering.

After all, I'm pretty sure nobody wants to aid a criminal, or become one themselves, even accidentally. With all the crazy laws going into place every day, every positive contributor to this thread might face criminal prosecution, so beware.

    No, there are no any illegal. There are paid ISP services where any outgoing connections allowed, of course. The only thing is that my traffic did not exceed a monthly limit, and no changes in host software.. So, I just want to find, what solution will best suit for me, simple, reliable, stable.. Probabaly, there are some ready scripts, I just searched not enough.
