update: alternatively, ExtUtils::MakeMaker has ways accepting INC/LIB paths , or rather passing switches to the compiler, typically  -I/blah/blah/incdir -L/blah/blah/libdir.

    I know these tutorials but as described it DOESN'T WORK! Tk::WinPrint just builds with a dmake-build perl!!!
