So, can anybody give me a short description how to compile under standard windows?

I tried to compile the module (Tk::WinPrint, because thats the module i want to compile and Tk is installed in ActivePerl) as described in a tutorial with Visual Studio .Net, but it finished with errors.
How can i find out how the CPAN-Testers did it?
