Distributed File System Tree

blackadder has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi All

I have a DFS namespace tree implemented here at work (a win32 one), and I need obtain the path of the files in this tree relevent to where those files are actually stored, not to the server that maintains the DFS namespace root.

Any idea please (i.e. which library to use)?
