To avoid confusion, you could have Stated the operating system in the question/question title :D
Regrdless, using
DBD::ODBC in conjunction with
MDB tools should be a place to start looing.
MDB tools: provides "A sparse but functional ODBC driver is included as well" as stacks of other stuff.
