I love microchip processors, grew up programming the 16C84 (which later became the 16F84).

Their assembly is so easy to learn.. in fact the chip documentation has to be some of the best and most straightforward I've ever come across.. something which I would have liked to think contributed to their success.

I can't ever imagine using BASIC on these processors though..
