    The Perl Review's site is blocked by your proxy server? That seems really odd. It's the same provider as Perl Monks, which apparently isn't blocked for you. :)

      Our proxy system blocks based on URL as well as IP/IP block. I actually specifically requested an unblock for perlmonks, which I (obviously) got. Unfortunately, it leaves a lot of other things unusable.
