pdf handling

hello everybody iam a biologist and iam developing a plant database using perl iam developing a search tool can anybody can suggest me how to read the contents of pdf files to a text file it will be very helpful for me. thank you

Hi, I never used it, but CAM::PDF looks to allow what you want. See also others CAM::PDF and pdf modules, but that one looked like the simpler to use. TheMage http://themage.bliker.com	[reply]
