The fact that no-one understands your question seems to indicate that it isn't stated as clear as you might think.

Example:

I need to change this to a set value. ( ... ) want font size to be =4 -no radio button.

That makes no sense at all.

Is not valid HTML. You either want to escape the value:

or maybe you want something completely different. who can tell?

The second part of your code might or might not work. As you only post a tiny fragment of HTML, and don't give any indication of any problems there's no way we can tell what's wrong with it.
