Hello
i'm currntly using cgi.pm to generating FORM
but i have a problem with language
my language doesn't appear correctly when calling the form file
i have to switch into my language using the right click of the mouse
then chose Encoding then my language ..
How can i fix this problem ?

    Maybe you have to instruct the server-side to send the correct charset in the content-type header. This could be a good starting point to dig this.
