I'm trying to install a module via ppm on my Windows machine, but I'm getting a 504 Gateway Timeout from here at work and "Unable to connect to remote host" when I try to go to http://ppm.activestate.com with lynx at home. Is the ppm service at active state down?

    The PPM repositories hosted by ActiveState are at best a little flakey. Try again in an hour or two... or tewlve. ;)

    I get this sort of error frequently. I guess stability isn't a priority for them.
