Note: there is a certain amount of overhead associated using the relational part of an RDBMS. Very often, if you only have a small dataset, say under 1000 rows of data, the relational overhead is often not worth it and it's easier just to use a DBM such as
DBM::Deep.
My criteria for good software:
- Does it work?
- Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?
