I notice when I do a ps -aux that sendmail has changed it's name to: sendmail: now accepting connections on port 25 How can I do this within Perl?

    Or, if you want to exec a process and change its name:

    exec {'/bin/csh'} '-sh'; # pretend it's a login shell
    (Taken directly from exec).
