Lingua::EN::Numbers or Number::Spell are two... do a cpan search on Number or Lungua Number for others .. also check out the nodes number 2 text, Convert number into words, [id://] Update: Found a review of Number::Spell Update: Added a couple older PM node links Update: Lingua::Num2Word is another ..
