Each module on CPAN now has a forum page that can be used for discussions.

Alternatively, you could set up a Google Group.

I use both but I prefer the latter.

    It looks like the forum page is used as a last resort, and not something that people will use as general place for usage discussion. Are Google groups web forums? I'm basically looking for a place that hosts those gnu/mailman mailing lists.

      Google Groups has a web interface but it also functions like a mailing list and subscribers can set the type of delivery that the want such as Full, Daily Digest, Weekly Digest, etc.

      It also has nice built-in searching (as you can imagine :-)) and posting stats and management. Here is one of mine.

      It works for me but you may prefer a real mailing list.
