That's probably because the old server is redirecting everything to the top page of the new server, rather than to a relative link below the top page. Could have been done in a way that makes it easier on us, but maybe that wouldn't have been easy enough for vroom. -- Randal L. Schwartz, Perl hacker	[reply]

I can't say I've ever tried it but I think 404 pages (which the old perlmonks will give from bookmarks) will have the requested URL as their document.href in JavaScript. So a autodirecter could be written to redirect www.perlmonks.org/foo/bar to 206.170.14.76/foo/bar. I think so, anyway. -- Dave	[reply]
