More a pole than a question, as there are a number of ways to do this, I know. Using Template Toolkit (or any other templating system), what are some nice idioms for making selected options sticky?

    I use HTML::Template which can be configured to make selections, or even Javascript, but both are "messy". I highly recommend HTML::FillInForm. Here's an example of it's use.

    Sorry, not quite sure what you mean. Can you please define sticky. Are you talking about persisting values between separate runs (calls to process)? Or are you talking about some aspect of scoping and binding?
