Form email with file attached

98yz has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Please Help, I am a very new perl user but I need to create an application where a user can enter their name, email address and attach a jpg or gif file to be emailed to a specific email address. I know it can be done but I have not discovered how yet. Please help me with how to do and where I can find the information on how to for future needs.

This has been asked a few times already. No offense, but please try and do a modest amount of searching before you post a question.
