in reply to Testing procedure: how to mock?

Use DBD::Mock for mocking the connection to a database that is normally connected to with DBI and some other DBD (like mysql, Oracle, etc.)
My criteria for good software:
  1. Does it work?
  2. Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?
