When I downvote a node its is usually because:

o It doesn't agree with what I already said clearly enough!

o I otherwise disagree

o The person's view conforms to my definition of arrogance

o It doesn't agree with what everyone else says

o other (please specify)

  • The code is broken or advocates bad practice
  • The comment is pedantic or totally useless, or even rude
  • I have a personnal problem with the comment's poster
  • It's one of Merlyn's post ( eh eh , just kidding ;)
  • I did not have enough coffee this morning and mistook -- with ++ !
