I would still need to do this even though I would only need to change data in 5 specific cells out of the whole sheet? There's gotta be an easier way somehow??	[reply]

John, looks good, Im confused about the XML file. IF I already have an Excel file I want to use, do I just created the XML file to point to my Excel file? I guess I dont understand what the XML file is for. Thanks...	[reply]
