I'm preparing to give a lightning summary of YAPC::NA 2005 at NYC Perl Seminar tomorrow, and I wanted to reference some of the comments from Larry Wall's presentation, Building Open Source Communities. I located a copy of the slides for it at the website for Open Source Forum Russia (which is where he originally presented it). Posted here for those who weren't at either venue.
