netsh module?

slloyd has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I was wondering if anyone knew of a netsh module for windows? I use netsh to register my apps with the Windows Firewall.

Can't you just use backticks or `system` to execute netsh?	[reply] [d/l]
