Okay, it's hardly important of itself, but given the recent changes, and that I have never seen it before, it could be indicative of a deeper problem. So I thought it worth reporting.

    I never said gremlins shouldn't be considered a deeper problem. ;)

    It is curious, actually. I just double-checked, and it doesn't look as though the code related to Other Users and pick_nodes has been touched lately.
