If levels were visible, I'd cast more votes on people who need them.

I try and cast upvotes for deserving nodes (or down votes for that matter) not based on the author due to their level, personality or anything else "personal."

When I do cast them now, it's because I have a very strong opinion about a node. With levels visible, I think I would vote beginning monks' posts even when my opinion is weak, to help them learn how their nodes are received. I'm usually too lazy to cast votes. When I do cast them now, it's because I have a very strong opinion about a node. With levels visible, I think I would vote beginning monks' posts even when my opinion is weak, to help them learn how their nodes are received.
