Would you agree that a minimum convention for retitling, if it has to be done, should be that it should try to preserve all the words in the original title (minus stopwords, obviously), ideally including phrasing?

Makeshifts last the longest.

I think that would be a good convention... but I'm more interested in a minimum criteria for retitling a node (or considering it for retitling) in the first place. -sauoq "My two cents aren't worth a dime.";	[reply]
