Under the new XP system I got to Pilgrim this morning, but the XP nodelet told me that my new level was Friar and provided a link to the explanation of new powers. This seems like a bug, perhaps caused by the fact that I was right on 600 when I logged in.

    Thanks for your report. The problem was a typo, the code said 8 where it should have said 9. IOW: this is fixed. :-)
