Folks,

I've just started recently to read PM and I'm much surprised by the quality and the dynamics of the site. I've read good parts of the Q&A but did not find anything about being able to browse only by subject lines (and possibly subject plus date). You know, when you're not searching specifically for something but would just like to see pages of subject lines as links. Browsing to see if there's something potentially interesting.

Is there a way for the site to only show pages of subject lines and if not, is there a (LWP, ...) utility already made that would pull lots of subject lines ?

Cheers.

You might want to try Recently Active Threads or Newest Nodes. These are different views of recent posts by subject line, without all the detail. I find Recently Active Threads to be my preferred view as I can see the conversations evolve over time.

IIUC, RAT & NN are what you want. The latter is my preferred way to start my visits into the Monastery. Oh, and they also have rss feeds, which may be a good thing if you like them...
