On Cpan the DBD::mysql module version is 3.0002.
You may want to read A guide to installing modules for Win32 by holli from the Tutorials section of this site.

    Thanks, I just grabbed it from theoryx5. Somehow I thought ActiveState would always be the most up-to-date. Silly me!
